What to expect from your first visit
Step 1 - Complimentary Consultation
It is our opinion that before working with any healthcare provider, people should be able to meet, ask questions, understand what to expect, and make sure there is a good fit.
The first step for all prospective patients is to schedule a complimentary consultation. You will have the opportunity to sit with Dr. Blatt in our beautiful and relaxed environment, discuss your concerns in full, ask as many questions as you wish, and receive a thorough explanation of our unique clinical approach, Neuro-Structural Chiropractic, with emphasis on how it may be helpful for your specific circumstances.
Everything will be explained in a digestible way so you know exactly how we can help you, and what to expect every step of the way regarding clinical info, financial info and time. All of this is done upfront so there are no surprises and so you have all of the information necessary to make the best decision for your health.
Most importantly, we’ll determine if this is the solution you’ve been searching for.
If Dr. Blatt feels that his practice and approach to care is what you need, and you feel that it is a good fit for you, then you will be able to move forward with an exam and begin the process right on the spot or at your earliest convenience.
If Dr. Blatt does not believe he can help you, he will let you know that and will refer you to one of his trusted colleagues so you can get the care you need. No matter what, we will make sure you end up in the right place.
Step 2 - Initial Exam
Following your complimentary consultation, you will have the opportunity to undergo a comprehensive Neuro-Structural examination.
Unlike some other chiropractic offices where the exam is merely a quick formality or done by someone other than the doctor, this thorough exam will be performed by Dr. Blatt to identify the underlying nature of your issues.
The exam will include:
- Precision Digital Structural Radiograph Analysis
- Digital Structural Image Analysis
- Neurostructural kinesiology assessment
- Autonomic nervous system assessment
- Any additional testing necessary
***Please dress appropriately for the examination. It is required that you have athletic/gym shorts available, and women should bring a sports bra or tank top for accurate assessment.
After the examination and any necessary imaging/further diagnostic testing, Dr. Blatt will discuss the exam and imaging findings, go over your personalized care recommendations/options, answer any questions you and your family/partner may have, and begin your care with the first session.
